Kinlet was born from the idea that objects in your home should be harmonious.
They should work well and look good. They should be made right and from the proper materials. This balance of form and function creates restful harmony in your home, and to your experience that something is…just so.
All objects have a background, from the materials sourced to the elements of design, and this unfinished story is yours to continue, to share and pass on.
We make limited, sustainable, storied and responsible products that bring such balance to your home.
Homewares that become part of your family, for high days and grey days, for celebrations and generations, for when you need to ground, and when you need to grow.

Plastic-free packaging
Zero-emissions delivery
Our products enter your life with a clean, green provenance.
All wood comes from sustainable sources such as forests under careful stewardship, or from individual trees felled in storms or as part of land management programs.
No plastic is found in any product or packaging, and zero-emissions delivery is used where available.
STORIED
Inspired by tales from art, history, culture & myth
Poised to write a new chapter with you
As our ancestors looked to the sky and the stars for inspiration, so we continue this tradition.
Each product begins life as a playful interpretation of a story or character from our shared cultural history. Harnessing the attributes of the materials or the function of the piece we can relate to universal archetypes in gods and goddesses, to divine spiritual qualities and collective memories.
To bring these ideas into our home is to be open to inspiration, joy, wisdom and balance from any source.
RESPONSIBLE
Contributing to national apprenticeships
craft education programs
& land management schemes
Our goal is to be carbon negative and cultural positive.
Not just through sustainable business practices and generous storytelling, but by making practical, responsible contributions.
From day one we dedicate at least 5% of our profits to charitable aims around teaching crafts, job skills training and land conservation projects for community benefit.
